How Do You Travel with Schizophrenia?

 Currently my experience of traveling with Schizophrenia is difficult. I no longer drive due to physical limitations. I don't like to take the city bus or the Taxi due to my anxiety. My social worker kindly helps me with errands, but I wonder; what would I do without hiim? Most of my traveling is walking, usually to the convenience store or a local restaurant (such as McDonalds). Do you have difficulties with traveling with Schizophrenia?
